TLC offers two services:
~Seasonal Mowing (Weekly or Bi-Weekly)
~Annual Lawn Maintenance Contract 

1) Seasonal Mowing - Services begin upon client approval each season and continues thru October 31st.  Seasonal Mowing Services can be cancelled at any time. 

Weekly (Mow, Trim (weed eat), Edge & Blow Sidewalk & Driveway)

Bi-Weekly/Every Two Weeks (Mow, Trim (weed eat), Edge & Blow Sidewalk & Driveway)

 2) Annual Lawn Maintenance Contract – Full Lawn Maintenance Contract includes the following:

*Weekly Mowing (Mow, Trim (weed eat), Edge (Plant Beds, Sidewalk, Patio, and Driveway), Blow off all hard surfaces (Sidewalk, Driveway, Patio)
*Plant Bed Weed Control
*Shrub Trimming
*Fall Leaf Blowing (if any)  
*Lime Application
*Pre-Emergent/Fertilizer Applications (combination)
*Fertilizer Applications (Combination Application)
*Post Emergent Application (Broadleaf Weeds)
*Fertilizer Application
*Aeration – Core Aerator
*Pre-Emergent Applications
*Seeding (Fescue only)
